I have submitted TWO complaints to Pampers on their Facebook page and both times I was told that I would be contacted shortly and needless to say...I'm still waiting and I'm not the only person who is horrified by the poor quality of their nappies all of a sudden. Over the last few months I have noticed a dramatic change in the quality of the nappies. They are no longer as absorbant as they once were (and my son is not consuming more liquids than he was before), the nappies leak, the tags on the sides fall off and we end up throwing so many of these damaged nappies away. I am appalled by the "don't care" attitude of Pampers with regards to these complaints. |
