| I bought a pack of pampers in October 2011 and when i wanted to use them they wouldn't stick. I took them back to the store where i purchased them and they wouldn't exchange or refund it. I was then advised to contact pampers which i did and logged my complaint. A lady by the name of Tumi Moloisane assisted and promised that they would send me vouchers to replace the faulty goods within a week. A week later i called again and to her surprise i had not received the vouchers. A month later i decided to follow up as i had heard nothing from Proctor and i was told once again by Tumi that the vouchers were posted and that i should give it another week. It is now Jan2012 and i have still not received anything. I called and once again i was given the run around, this time it was due to a back log. This morning i got a call from Tumi after she promised to call me back with a tracking number Yesterday before COB, telling me that they are still trying to find a way to send me the goods without delay but i must please give them until the end of the week. Spoke to a manager Gladys Modise and she also promised end of the week they can't help me immediately after waiting so long. Refund me!!! | |||
