None Caring Attitude

In September 2011 I phoned 0860 112 188 which is the Pampers hot line. My concern was that the adhesive tape to stick the pampers on the side is very sharp. We discovered cuts on my son and could not think where he got them. Only to discover that the sharp edges of the tape on the Pampers made the cuts. Since September I have had no feedback. I phoned again in this week and was told by the consultant that she would enquire about the matter with the consultant that I phoned in September. This morning I phoned and was asked if I sent a sample to be tested. After telling the consultant that this was not requested from me she told me that the relevant department has done test and found nothing wrong. I explained that it clearly seems as if Pampers never took my concern serious enough, because I am only one concerned parent / customer. They are only interested in making money. She said that is not the case as safety is important to them and asked if they must collect a sample. I have told her to inform the relevant people of my disgust with regard to the handling of my concern!
