| I bought Pampers Sleep 'n Play at Reggies Cape Gate Brackenfell, the piece on the side that is tucked around babies waste, where the velcro strip goes over was folded into the nappy seam and therefore I couldn't fasten the nappy properly. I emailed Pampers and they asked for production codes, etc, and then for me to mail 5 nappies, which I did. They apparently never received the nappies and now ignore my emails, I had to use the packet as I had no money to buy extra plus lost out on 5 nappies which I had to post. Really annoyed that people fail to respond and compensate especially after I have done my part to prove the nappies were damaged. | |||
