| After complaining about the bad quality of nappies about a month and a half ago, pampers have still not gotten back tome regarding what they are planning to do to assist me in the matter as my son cannot use any other brand nappies due to allergies. They contacted me after my initial complaint and asked me to post them a minimum of 5 nappies for quality testing, I sent them 10 nappies - 5 of every type I had left in my house and to date I have not evem had as much as an email or a phone call from them. I am extremely diSsapointed in the lack of feedback or rather service from this so called "best brand of nappies" | |||
