I am very disappointed in the service I received from Pampers (Proctor and Gamble). I cannot believe that after so many years of loyalty from me and my family they failed to resolve a simple issue. I have an 11 month old baby and as usual I bought a packet of Nappies for the month. To my surprise it was not up too par when it comes to standards. I contacted them and informed them only to find more surprises. I was asked to mail through the faulty nappies of which I did. And till today I have not received any feedback. This complaint was laid on the 01st of September. My question to them then is do they expect more mothers to be loyal. I am truly disapointed. |
