Historically, dealing with insurance companies have instilled a sense of fear within us, no one enjoyed it. In fact, one could go as far as to say that the majority of us were absolutely petrified of having to give our money to an entity only too willing to take it, but supremely inept at performing their duties when the need arose. Then came OUTsurance and with it, exceptional people like Bradley Pillay. This gentleman was client oriented from the word go and ultimately delivered the kind of service that would prompt me to actually contact OUTsurance when I'm having a bad day; in order to merely hear a friendly voice at the other end! OUTsurance, through the efficient service delivered by Bradley, had not only managed to save me a few welcome rands with my insurance, but have managed to deliver the kind of service that will undoubtedly retain me as a client for a very long time to come and left an everlasting impression on me; a cynical person, generally excessively judgemental on service delivery that seems to elude us in an increasingly worrying manner.
