| I lost the watch of my heart rate monitor. To a fitness freak always at the gym, this is a fate worse than death. I was fortunate enough to get through to Shamla who went above and beyond to assist me and my claim was sorted out within a day. Not only was she professional, she was kind. That's the missing ingredient in the modern service culture in South Africa. Well done Shamla and awesome stuff OUTSURANCE!!!!! I knew I made the right decision when I moved over! | |||
