| Locked out of our home on Sunday late night as the power were off and desperate to get inside, I suddenly thought that perhaps Outsurance will help out with a locksmith. I was surprised when they confirmed this and was sent an sms that it would take about 49 minutes. 20 minutes later, a locksmith arrived and we were sorted out in no time. That was awesome service to say the least and the way Outsurance manage expectations with sms etc is incredible. It shows you, there are still companies that no what service is about and that you do not have to emigrate to Australia to experience first class service like that. | |||
