| HEADLINE | Outsurance just had me speechless !!! |

| My son wrote off his car a while back and as he is under 25 i was expecting a terrible time from the insurance company in relation to my claim. Well, i could not have been more suprised. Neelan from the Assesors Office in the Westville Branch was amazing ! Not only did he make us feel totally at ease (where as before my old insurance company made me feel like a criminal) but he was in contact with me all the time and finalised my claim in no less than a week. So that should be it ? No... there is MORE.. today i received a gift with bath salts from him with a lovely little note about just as bath salts sooth the soul, so does claiming from Outsurance make claims hassle free... I AGREE !!!! I usually log onto Hello Peter to complain.. not today.. today i am complimenting them as they really go the extra mile.. and i will NEVER change to another insurance company, not even if they offer me cover at half of what i am paying now... Thanks Neelan.. You are a star !!! | |||
