After my "great "experience with my current insurance company , I decided to give Outsurance a call , the call was answered promptly by a very young VIBRANT lady , I will be completely honest with you ...I hate call centres but for some reason Outsurance is doing something right . Not only was everything explained to me in detail, but all my stupid questions got answered without a funny sigh at the end of the phone like you get with most call centres!!! To make it even better , there was no pushing for the sale or any funny sales technique to get the business , only ethical and uptone behavior which is an absolute BREATH OF FRESH AIR ( I want to say BULL$hit) but thought it might not be appropiate !!! Thank you Kelly , Outsurance mede the right decision by appointing you !!! |
