I have had to deal with a number of companies lately. Largely the only way to access a company is via their helpdesk. Almost without exception in SA currently, helpdesks are serving to frustrate and anger the public. Most companies do themselves more harm than good by having them. The operators don't know their business and make it patently obvious to the customer that they don't care at all about service delivery or resolving anything at all. Outsurance shines like a beacon of hope for the human race! The operators talk to you like you're a human being, show compassion and humour and boy do they know their stuff. What's more, if they say the'll call back, it's not a ploy to get rid of you, THEY ACTUALLY CALL BACK! An unheard of practice currently. Usually though, they resolve the full issue while you're on the phone the first time. There was a time when this sort of service was expected, but while standards have dropped everywhere, Outsurance have kept theirs right up there at excellent. Thank you Outsurance. I actually don't listen to other insurance adverts. I may not be getting the lowest premium. I'll take excellent service first every time! |
