Great customer service

I sent an email to Bernie Cloete (I had his email from a previous query), I wanted to change my DO date. I didnt have time to call the call centre so I emailed him and just asked him what do I need to do to change. He emailed me back very fast and told me what to do, gave me the call centre number and even asked if he could call me. I said thank you I will call back. But the day got hectic at work, he sent me another email asking if I managed to change my DO date, can he call me. I told him that it has slipped my mind, but I have a meeting he can call me after 14h15 and 14h21 got a call from Outsurance and it was Bernie, and the process took only 2mins and I was done and he explained everything. THIS IS WHAT I CALL GOING AN EXTRA MILE TO PUT A CUSTOMER FIRST!!!!!
