| I would like to compliment Paul I think his surname is Janse van Rensburg but our claim number is:OT17708380 He was busy with our claim from the start - I really talked allot not knowing exactly whats needed but - He kept calm explaining how he will personally sort out my problem and if there is a problem with my claim to phone and ask for him - when there did pitch up a problem he showed a lot of patience and sympathy being honest and treated me with respect and looked after ,- the claim still informing me friendly and patiently what they will do and he will sort it out for me and phone me - he always stayed calm and proffesional aswell as friendly. I hope really to see him next time as a suppervisor ,he looks after his clients claims and you can phone any time he will know at what stage it is and make sure you are satisfied with his way in handeling your questions before you put the phone down.Just wanted to say thank you. | |||
