I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received from your call centre when I had a car breakdown. The gentleman , Mr Manas was so professional in assisting me. I was alone on the freeway , it was getting dark and as a woman in South Africa it's not safe to be faced with such a situation. He kept on calling me to ensure I was fine while waiting for the tow truck to arrive. I commend him for the kind of service he provided me , the empathy he showed .He's a real asset to OUTsurance. Thank You. |
