| My phone was insured at R4 200 minus excess of R520, but when I took a contract with a pay in of R3 500 and a 24 month R109 payment they refunded me only out of the R3 500 I paid in from which they took a further R520. This means they took double on excess. | |||

| Over the Moon: They phoned me the very same day I posted the complaint and requested additional documents. By the end of the following day they confirmed they would be making the outstanding payment within 48 hours. That was AWESOME. | |||
