I made contact with Outsurance on the 24th of January 2012 with regards to the advertisement on radio that they will pay R200 if they can't beat current insurance. I phoned thru gave all the details, they gave me a quote and could not beat my current insurance premium. It is now more than 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the email which they were suppose to send me. Pathetic!! |

Hello yackermann, We are truly sorry about the delay in having the payment done. Our Sales Manager, Prideshan investigated the reason for the non-payment and established that your e-mail address was captured incorrectly at the time when the quote details were captured.
