Still waiting for information

I made contact with Outsurance on the 24th of January 2012 with regards to the advertisement on radio that they will pay R200 if they can't beat current insurance. I phoned thru gave all the details, they gave me a quote and could not beat my current insurance premium. It is now more than 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for the email which they were suppose to send me.

Pathetic!!

We are truly sorry about the delay in having the payment done.

Our Sales Manager, Prideshan investigated the reason for the non-payment and established that your e-mail address was captured incorrectly at the time when the quote details were captured.

Prideshan further more explained the process and we will finalise this as soon as possible for you.
