HEADLINE	Sorry your claim is denied!
I'm really, really upset with the way Outsurance covers you. I have placed 3 claims related to ware and tare in the last 2 years that were all disapproved. Now my house is more than 50 years old and I should rebuild it according to Outsurance to actually be able to claim. Why do I then pay insurance if they don't cover this? I really would like to know if there is an Insurance that do cover things like wall's & roofing without giving you the 3rd degree when making a claim. Please do not go to Outsurnce unless you cover all your bases with what they pay for and what not. Their service really isn't as good as they say. Hello sageniki, I know you will appreciate our concern about your comments. We do understand that the loss you incurred as a result of the unpaid claims are huge. Our claims manager, Shelton contacted you and discussed the distinct reason an insurer will not cover damage resultant of wear and tear.
