I called Outcurance to cancel my existing insurance as i was moving to another insurance company. Consultant confirmed the cancellation had been effected and all was in order andi have since been debited again. Please refund the money incorrectly debited and cancel the cover as previously requested. Please only call me between 12 and 1pm or after 4pm |

Hello ShihaamS, We apologise for the frustration and unforeseen debit. Our Client Care manager, Anke contacted you and discussed the matter. You were kind enough to agree to send her the alternative quote which will enable her to do a comparative quote.
