Against my better judgement I was advised to take the R200 challenge as it would take only 15mins. Not surprisingly Outsurance were about R2000 pm more expensive. After the conversation I was sent an email link which again, not surprising, required an OTC password which they claim I was sent. I received no such OTC. I requested it be resent and 24 hours later still nothing. I suspect this process of claiming the R200 is so involved and time consuming that the 30 offer period elapses before completion. Judging by similar complaints I'm not the only one who wasted 15 mins |
