HEADLINE	OUTSURANCE - YOU ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT - FALSE!
I was phoned 3 weeks ago by Ramaabele Medida Shogole from Outsurance to say that I am due a refund as they have been double debiting my bank account since 2006. My bank alerted them to this fact and I was promised via SMS and in the phone call that my refund would take 5 days to occur. The amount is quite a big amount and now 3 weeks later still nothing. I have phoned their call centre about 8 times and always get someone new to talk to. I now have a list of names of incompetant staff members who work for Outsurance! I then spoke to the Call Centre Supervisor, Albert Channon on Wednesday last week and was assured that my payment would occour within 48 hours. A week later, nothing has happened. The excuse I keep on getting is the MANAGEMENT has to authorise it. So MANAGEMENT how about doing your job and stop lying to the man in the street. OUTSURANCE YOU ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT = FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Add a new Outsurance Report Inappropriate report?

Hello bcroxford, You are not being unreasonable, in fact, you have been more than patient throughout, while enquiring about the refund. We are really sorry about the incomplete information you have received each time you made the enquiries. Our Client Care manager, Jiffty assisted you in the matter and explained the unforeseen delay in our process. The refund had been finalised and Jiffty will follow up, ensuring payment reflects in your account. Regards Dinky
