its now over 1 week since i emailed to update things on our Business cover. They called to confirm and it became clear that several other things i had requested to be added and they confirmed added have not been added. the person from the call center took down all the incorrect items and said he would get back to me.....never did. I then checked the schedule which again had further errors. I emailed re these (ref 16777471) and ignored again. Its clear that outsurance do NOT listen nor read emails from clients giving clear instructions. WHY you happy to take my money but useless to do your job as instructed. Why must i beg you to do your Jobs? If i worked like you did i would be fired. I expect people to do what they say they will and do and not ****to me on the phone. Pull the calls and you will AGAIN see this. This is not the 1st 2nd or even the 3rd time we have had this so there is a common thread of incompetence here. I expect FULL explanation and refund for your tardy work. |

Hello raymagini, The service you describe sounds terrible and most certainly not the service we pride ourselves in! Our Client Care manager, Lerato was in touch with you and the very concerning service issues were discussed. You have in the interim been kind enough to forward all correspondence to Lerato. Utterly Disgusted:
STILL not got back to me STILL not fixed items he emailed me personal insurance schedule and AGAIN items removed and added have not been done. so much so they STILL have our old office address from 1.5 years ago. Insurance on car i double other quotes. this is the 4th time now we have made changes and out say its done and in reality its not. OUTSURANCE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED, THEY LIE, THEY COVER *** and @#$%^& the client Sad VERY Sad. even after a Hellopeter they dont do their job. |
