Outsurance out of pocket

Outsurance are in the business of INsurance. Why does the customer have to be penalised for damage to a vehicle which was beyond his/ her control? window chipped will be repaired, BUT customer's out-bonus is affected. Forget the Outbonus, just bring down my monthly premiums ********.

Hello ASKI,

We understand your frustration of losing your OUTbonus after a claim you had to submit for an incident you had no control over. The OUTbonus will however always be affected once we settle a claim in our client's favor.

I requested our Client Care manager, Esther to review your policy and contact you regarding your premium.
