| My geyser burst this weekend. A claim call was placed with Outsurance at 9.a.m. on Monday 6th February. If I had been allowed to use my own plumber I would have had hot water within the day. It is now Wednesday 8th February at noon and not only do I not have hot water but the geyser has not even been delivered to Outsurance's suppliers. It is unacceptable to leave their loyal customers without a supply of hot water due to inefficiency. I certainly will be looking for alternative insurers once this debacle is sorted out. | |||

Hello normsfs, The inconevenience you have suffered up to now was so unnecessary and we are so sorry about this! Our service provider tried their utmost best to source the geyser, but sadly did not succeed in time. You have now made arrangements with your own preferred service provider to do the replacement and we will make payment directly to them. Our claims manager, Shelton has also tried to reach you telephonically and left a detailed message for you. Regards Dinky |
