| They send out an assessor. He's got no cuc and clue about plumbing. The problem is not solved. Don't know what next is it twitter so the whole world can see or the ombudsman or the National Consumer Counsel or legal wise attorney or will they eventually fix the problem | |||

Hello hapichap, Your frustration has been aggravated which we are truly sorry about. Our general Claims manager, Thato was in touch with you again and discussed the reason for the changes made to the way the panels were installed according to the current specs. Thato has appointed another service provider to do an assessment for us, which you kindly agreed to. Regards Dinky |

| Not Impressed: They can do nothing about the incompatible SOLAR PANEL its been disconnected from my geyser and the white Elephant is standing on my roof and I have the financial loss | |||
