My vehicle broke down on 20 Dec ( Had a accident and the panelbeaters did not repair it properly) After a whole lot of agurments they towed it in a month later think 18 Jan After fights they said they will have it repaired, and me giving proof it was not my fault but the panelbeaters. I then requested a rental vehicle and after some more fights they gave me a rental vehicle. But everytime the guy said he will phone back and never does! then I have to phone again. But the last issue is just unacceptable I spoke to the guy on thursday(After they told me the rental car is expiring) and he said my vehile will go to the panelbeaters on thursday and I will have in on Monday Today is wednesday and by this morning I had to start phoning again as no one phoned me Left a message to have the manager phone me and 2 hours later phoned again. Then someone phoned and he called the panelbeaters just for me to find out my vehicle is still not at the panelbeaters(Who phoned me). And the guy at outsurance has still not phoned me to tell me this. Im so fed up as I have spoken to probably 5 or 6 different people and really cant keep track of this poor poor service and not getting feedback |

I'm truly sorry about the lack of feedback, follow up and to add insult to injury, notifying you of the expiry date of the rental vehicle!
