Simon phoned my boyfriend - rampantly tried to intimadate him into saying that he was in the wrong in the accident, and not the other party. When I phoned Simon back - he claimed that he was a professional & that he did not become rude over the phone with my bf. As such, 1) Why was I not called directly, being the holder of the policy? 2) The claim is not going through the other party's policy anymore - why is the legal department making contact with us? 3) I have always had good service from Outsurance and I am shocked to have had dealings with someone so rude and abrupt. I would like confirmation from Mangement that I am being paid out from my policy to the retail value of the written-off car, as well as confirmation that I can keep the rental car until such time as I have found a replacement car, within the 30 days that I have the service available to me. I regret to say that for my next car, I will have to seriously consider which insurance company I choose to go with as this has been a very disappointing interaction with the Legal Department. |

I assure you we don't condone any unprofessional behavior.
