This is not actually a complaint ,just some info for people like myself that read hello peter before making use of a companies services ,so against my better judgement i decided to take outsurance up on there "we will save you money on your insurance or pay you R200" not only did they quote me R2000 more than what i am currently paying ,nobody called me back wrt a R200 payout ,now pls ,I am not interested in the R200 i just want to let the world know that these guys just don't deliver on there promises Thanks |

Hello Marchel, The quotation was done over 3 months ago and we have not come forth with the promised payment. We are truly sorry about the poor follow up on the payment and the very poor impression you were left with. Good day After Dinky replied to the report I submitted on the website I became fairly busy at work ,however the consultants at Outsurance repeatedly tried to get hold of me for several weeks even ,after I did not return their calls ,in my experience if a company is unable to get hold of a client they just leave it ,so this was a very pleasant surprise thanks Dinky Regards Marchel |
