| On 19 /12/2011 called outsurance call centre to report a burst water pipe.An assessor promptly arrived and said that they will send an plumbing co.The plumber arrived made a hole in the wall just under slab from the outside where the water was coming out and said we require the services of a leak detection co.The detection co found a leak inside the bathroom cabinet.Another company arrived removed the cabinet and the plumber set out to find the leak and said he found a small leak but not the main leak.Again the leak guys were called back made another mark diagonally opposite to other mark.The plumber arrived jack hammer and all to make the hole bigger on the outside. damaging the cold water pipe in the wall and the tiles on the inside leaving my bathroom with a hole in the wall.they then brought the jack hammer inside where the cabinet was he started to take out another piece of wall and on to the slab there under was the leak he repaired it.On the 24/01/2012 another co arrived to check on what needs to be done on the building side.And another co will call for the bathroom cabinet side of the job. That`s the Last I herd from anyone on this claim. HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN ME. | |||

Hello bath, I'm really sorry about the entire huge inconvenience and poor follow up from our side! We could have done so much better. | Not Impressed: Waited so long for them then got three calls.From different members within this organisation 08/02/12,having got my cell phone no and email address they contact my wife on. 09/02/12 at work to inform her that some one will call on the 14 or 15/02/12.ON the 10/02/12 got sms from caroline that i still need to pay the excess of R1750 no problem with that have it set one side since i lodged the claim.do the job and it is yours feel you are more concerned with the cash than clients needs.THANKING YOU | |||
