| My Father passed away in October , They refused to pay life insurance policy , They refused to submit evidence to validate their reason for non payment then have had the cheek to debit My Fathers bank account after his death for the past three months for the policy they refuse to pay out . Any logical person working at any firm would realise after somebody passes away it would be a good idea not to expect them to pay their life insurance policy , There is no communication internally at this company , They were very quick to send through an assessor to reject the life policy but neglected to cancel the debit order or the life insurance policy after they had rejected the claim and still had the nerve to phone my 13 year old sister to enquire about payment for this policy . If you want a world of pain and heartache get yourself some insurance from this bunch | |||
