STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK

I have a crack in my house, which I can see is getting bigger daily.
Outsurance was quick to send an assessor, and builder assessor, and I was advised that it will
have to go infront of the committee which will take about a month.
I was also told that I will be advised in writing as it is a big problem.
I am still waiting and all this happened in February 2011.

Indifferent: well they did phone me and have apologized for all the inconvenience, and we are currently working on a solution. Once all that is sorted, I shall give proper feedback.
