I've been a customer with Outsurance since they started and even during my previous claim a story on excellent service was written in Huisgenoot, but after todays shock I need to let go as Outsurance showed me that they do not believe in loyalty, just another number. My car window got damaged a while back and I did not claim as I thought it was not that bad, but today when I was honest and said it happened a whjile back I was told first pay your outbonus back then they will pay for my car window. So honesty for them is nothing and business is nothing as I will move all my cars plus House away from them and don't even think about moving my building and life insurance. Had almost done it but after today sorry never again. Lets see if outsurance is serious about customers or am I a number. O and I will have to pay my car insurance but cannot ever again claim the window, eish what great insurance that is, take money no claim. They are not in it for insurance they give you this bonus and when you need insurance sorry you are stuffed. I will amke every effort to pull people way and my ref I have given to other people will nmot happen again. I hope Huisgenoot contact me gain. STAYAWAY |

| Over the Moon: This is OUTSURANCE and that is why I stay ith them. They go the extra mile and for that I will stay loyal. Thanks Dinky and Natasha for the excellent service. I will recommend Outsurance to any of my friends and if a newspaper contacts me I will tell them that Ousurance is the only company that really focus on the client.
