R200 AD A HOAX?

I have spoken to Adrian during 20 - 25 November 2011 regarding their R200 ad campaign. He could not assist as the "system" was down. I was duly promised a return call the following day, but this did not materialize. Another day went past and I called again and then spoke to Stefaan whom said, as Adrian originally assisted me, he (Stefaan) could not. I emphasised that I did not want to be assisted by Adrian as he did not keep his word. Stefaan then said someone would call me at 08h00 the following morning. Needless to say, this did not happen. I phoned again and spoke to a MANAGER! His name was Lan. He called me back and spent half an hour to work out cover for a Fortuner and Penta caravan. The same excesses currently applying to me was be used. Outsurance came in with a more expensive quote in both cases. When I asked Lan about the R200,00 I was told someone would contact me the following day. No call. I followed this up on Saturday, 3.12.11 and was told by a Sharlene that she could not assist me! I insisted to speak to a manager, but none was available. Outsurance does not put its money where its mouth is. They ****!! I think the ad must be removed from the media,

Over the Moon: I was indeed contacted by Cameron Finlay whom assured me on 7.12.11 that the amount of R200 will be reflecting on my account on 10.12.11.   I again played the wait and see game and was surprised when the money was in fact paid to me.   Thank you, Outsurance, but try and expedite the entire matter.
