Problem with inspection certificate

Since Aug/Sept 2011 I have been sending my tracker installation certificate (and others as well) to Outsurance in order for them to add it to my profile. I have several e-mails as proof and also confirmation by call agents (the last being Keetah Eaglestone) that it was indeed fixed. today I again received a sms from Outsurance about the inspection certificate. I just want someone from Outsurance to fix this for me as I am at the point of moving to another insurer that can deliver service.

As per our discussion, your concerns were referred to a Client Care Manager, who contacted to and apologized for the service delivery.

Lebohang Kotelo, contacted you and rectified the concerns. Lebohang confirms there will be no more reminders and the matter resolved.

Once again, we apologize for the frustration.
