Outsurance's provider JOHN DOORE FLOORING

Outsurance claim number 71984016 refers... (John Doore Flooring Carpets are cheaters)

Last year in September 2011,my geyser burst and as a result my bedroom carpet was damaged.
Outsurance appointed "John Doore Flooring Carpets' to install same.
To my dismay,we note that the joints were poorly fitted and the underfelt is uneven.We called the carpet guys late last year who inspected same and concurred poor workmanship and sub-standard carpets were installed. We showed him what our previous carpet quality were as we have the same in our lounge area i.e a high quality woollen carpet .
This is when I realised that we were taken for a ride by this unscrupulous carpet dealer who probable billed Outsurance in full but gave us an inferior product. My wife was aroused by the fact that John Flooring Carpets wanted to install immediately as there were no other carpets available in their showroom.We were left with no choice.
We were informed that these carpets guys(now Floors Up) are the new owners.They confirmed they will re-install my carpets if Outsurance gives them the go ahead. To date ,the faithful paying customer(and excess paid) must wait indefinitely. When Assessor to come

Based on what you describe, you have been most patient and tolerant. It was also disappointing to note that you have previously brought the matter to our attention.

Our claims manager, Funeka, contacted you and provided you with feedback and will keep you updated on the progress.

We are really sorry about the inconvenience and accompanied frustration you have been subjected to.

Quite Impressed: Dear Outsurance

Only when taken matter up with HelloPeter did Outsurance act on this stale matter from last year.

Thank you Outsurance for finally re-approving inferior workmanship and lack of professionalism by John Doore Flooring.

Anyway,hoping that the new carpet dealer will deliver good workmanship.
