OUTSURANCE partners let them down

I went today to PG GLASS in Rivonia Rd, to get my car inspected, as required by Outsurance.
I did not have my insurance number with me and I asked PG Glass clerk to be put to Outsurance Helpline to get it. He was unhelpful and his reaction was one of disapproval. How do I dare to bother him.
I turned around and left in disgust.
This incident negatively reflects on Outsurance and they need to select their partners more carefully.

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. The poor reception and poor service you received from our service provider is indeed unacceptable!
We are truly sorry about the inconvenience you suffered as well as your valuable time wasted.

Our Client Care manager, Cora was in touch with you after she contacted the service manager of the respective branch. The response was sadly exactly the same.
We have now referred the matter to our procurement department who will be addressing this further with the service provider.

Cora also offered to arrange a mobile inspection for you, but you have already made arrangements to take your vehicle to an alternative inspection centre.

Thank you so much for your co-operation and our sincere apologies once again for the frustrating experience.
