No feedback

I have lodged a claim on the 01 November 2011 with Zweli and was later told the claim was handed over to Herbert. I have called 28 November 2011, 05 December 2011, 08 December 2011, 13 December 2011, 22 December2011, 03 Janaury 2012, 06 January 2012 and today 16 january 2012 I can never get hold of Herbert and on the occations that he has been able to return my calls he has never given feedback on the status of this claim.

Can someone from outsurance please give me feedback on what's happenning to this claim.
