I was given a quote for damages on my vehicle by SIAS, a company linked to OUTSURANCE. I used that quote to claim from a third party insurance. That original quote did not cover a damaged tyre and a plastic wheel cap, amounting to R410. Now OUTSURANCE and SIAS refuse to pay because I have claimed from another insurance company. So based on the MISQUOTE from SIAS I now have to pay for damages which could have been included in the original claim. Why should I have to pay for a mistake made by you? How about admitting to making a mistake and fixing the problem? I continue to ask myself, "why did I join outsurance in the first place?" Murray Job/claim number: 75472799 072 489 4478 |

Hello murrays, We are so sorry about yet another disappointment you experienced since you lodged your claim! Our General Claims Manager contacted you and discussed the matter in detail with you. It was agreed that you would contact the other insurer and enquire whether they would assist, since you signed a disclaimer with them.
