Outsurance ************ took funds from my account with out permission after I requested a quote and then told me it would take a month for the funds to be returned to me.

I have been told on several occasions that someone would contact me from Outsurane which they never have I have had to call them every time to try and get some sort of answer from them.

I have requested that they also return the interest incurred during this time but they have refused. If they can give away R200 for beating your old quote how come they can't return funds that are not legally theirs?

After numerous calls to our call centre, and receiving inconsistent feedback relating to the refund, you are at your wits' end. Our service delivery unfortunately let you down more than once.

Quite Impressed: Outsurance did respond to the complaint almost immediate after it was posted and the people I dealt with were friendly and professional.
