| HEADLINE | Claim not resloved and its been 4months!!! |

| I lodged a claim in September 2011 on my credit life as I am suffering from depression and a high risk pregnancy which resulted in me being put on Temporary Incapacity Leave (temp disability) outsurance has been giving me the run around since then, I have to constantly email and call them to get feedback. They have even stopped communicating with me since the end of november/ start of december. They claim to be so fast and efficient yet they can even resolve a claim and doesn't even have the decency to keep me informed! I regret the day I switched to Outsurancehey are clearly not what they claim to be...I have even broken down in tears on the phone because the stress is too much for me to handle and yet they still haven't resolved my claim or given me feedback. | |||

Hello DeidreO, We are truly sorry for the frustration as well as the inconvenience caused throughout this process. We assure you candid feedback will be provided to you. Your concerns were referred to an Assessing Manager who was in contact with you and provided you with the rationale behind the delay. The Manager confirms we could have handled the claims process better. The Manager confirms the medical practitioner has delayed the process too however will follow up to ensure the process is fast tracked now. | Over the Moon: I'm very happy with the response I got, my claim got finalized at last. The speed with which it happened was unbelievable, I'm just disappointed that I had to take this route first. Outsurance has however approved my claim and managed to retain me as a customer. In future please resolve claims speedily and keep your customers updated all times.
