Hi Peter I took out an insurance with Outsurance yesterday so Im still a very new client,however I phoned in yesterday amd asked to be phoned back as I phoned from my Cell however the lady which I spoke to cant rember her name etc was so friendly but sadly never phoned me back,my concern is if they already ignoring you now den what's gna happen if you wanna claim or need roadside assistance,so for my own peach of mind I need this insurance cancelled please with immediate effect please I will rather look else where but sorry Outsurance is a no,go for me |
