Blatant rudeness.

The first operator I spoke to (I never caught his name) din't call me back when he said he would.
The second time I called, a Joseph Jacobs assisted me (So-to-speak.).

I made it clear that I was comparing quotes from different insurance companies for a motorcycle I've not yet bought, to better plan my finances for when I do have it.

From the beginning, Joseph was loud, obnoxious , impatient and rude. I actually had to tell him to relax so I could have a chance to consider a question!
When I took a second to think about some of the questions I was asked, he would repeat the question loudly in a sarcastic manner so as to hurry me along, totally unacceptable!

Not only was I let down by these two call centre agents, but to top it off, the cost of comprehensive insurance I was quoted was almost triple the amount compared to other insurance companies for the same policy.

Madness.
I've had terrible service before, but never service so bad that I feel compelled to nag about it to the public.
Put that in your infomercials.

That's the last time I ever consider OUTsurance.

We are terribly sorry for the overall service delivery in your request and assure that the matter will be addressed.

Prideshan Moodley, a Sales Manager provided feedback around your initial inter-action with the advisor and he agree's the advisor's approach was not warranted and will certainly be brought to his attention.

We agree, there is no reason to deliver such service to a client and as discussed with you, should a client request a quote, this is what we should do without any issues.

Please do accept our apologies in this matter!

Quite Impressed: I got plenty of call backs from Outsurance, and many apologies for the bad experience.
They have dealt with the rude employee, and I trust by now he has been disciplined.

I feel they resolved the situation as best they could, and I understand how one rude employee can destroy one's perception of a whole company.
