ACCESS CLAIM

I HAD AN ACCIDENT DECEMBER 2008! I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THE ACCESS CLAIM. EVERYTIME THERE IS SOMEONE NEW WORKING ON THE CLAIM AND THEY JUST NEVER COME BACK TO ME, I HAVE TO PHONE OUTSURANCE EVERYTIME!!!! AND YES IT HAPPENED DECEMBER 2008 ALREADY!!!

Hello amandabloom,

We truly apologise for your entire experience and the lack of feedback to you.

Our Claims Manager has discussed the claim with you and assured you of our attendance to your claim.

Due to liability being disputed by the other party involved in the incident, we instructed a law firm to handle this matter.

The legal process is at the stage where a trial date has been set for March 2012.

We will keep you informed of progress.
