Hi there I'd like to complain about the service level of outsurance, I've been waiting patiently for more than 8 weeks and nothing happened so far. No one is getting back to me regarding this matter. Every time Phumelelo states that he'll get back to me and I'm still waiting. Please tell him to do his job. Can someone please let me know if I'm going to wait forever and a day. Regards Richard |
