I cancelled my account and i was still debited!!! My Fiance cancelled her account and they dont even bother getting back to her the past week! I am disgusted with no service and being billed,i honestly would prefer paying cash instead of using One Plan because if they cant even get back to me after emailing the complaint twice then how would they ever sort out any medical query or payment?????!!! |
