On the 5 November 2011 I was involved in an accident and as required I informed my insurance on the 7 November 2011. They only respond when answering the phone but they never call to update what's happening with my claim until today. I know I'm covered this whole month and I haven't even got the attention I deserve until today. They only told me that my car was written-off only after I called them. My car was assessed sometime last week on Wednesday and there has been no action from them and I have submitted everything they have asked me to timeously. I'm still using taxis to get around and yet I'm suppose to be given a car to use. I feel they are looking for any reason not to payout my claim and I feel they are purposely dragging this issue. I just want them to honor as they never forget to debit my account on time every month. The person handling my claim is Ruzan. |
