waiting 30 minutes for a meal on Wednesday

My wife, 8 year old daughter and I went out to dinner at Ocean Basket at San Ridge Centre on Wednesday, 25 January. From the time of placing our order, it took over 30 minutes to get our food despite complaining to the manager. It then took another 10 minutes to get our bill. I spoke with the manager who apologised for the poor service and told me they were really busy. It was a Wednesday night. If they could not cope on a Wednesday, imagine going to Ocean Basket on a Friday or Saturday......be prepared to wait for an hour. While the manager did offer me a free coffee or desert......i could not accept the offer......because the poor service already set me back for time as I had to attend a meeting.
