| We had a work related function. I ordered a sushi platter but asked if I could change the prawn with Salmon and was willing to pay in extra if necessary. The waiter said it should be fine. I kept asking the waiter when they would be bringing my meal as the others had FINISHED their COOKED meals and I was still waiting an HOUR later. I went to find the manager and he informed me that the staff making the sushi was REFUSING to make my order. When I asked why, he said it was because they have a bad attitude. To cut a long story short, I never received my sushi and the manager was beyond pathetic as he kept making excuses about how he couldn't make the staff do something they didn't want to. I was allowed to order something from the kitchen that could be cooked though. What a joke?!? I go to a restaurant to enjoy a meal with work colleagues and can't have what I want AND am paying for because the staff has an attitude problem??? The whole group found it quite ridiculous. They definitely wont be seeing me again! | |||
