Service and attitude non-existent

I have just gotten home from dining at the Ocean Basket in Longbeach Mall. I was once a regular diner, there but doubt I will be returning any time soon. The service was near non-existent, as we had to ask numerous times before receiving anything. The manger (Rachel) was no-where to be seen, and when she eventually showed her face near our table didn't seem to care that we were not happy with the way things were? My daughter had accidentally knocked her drink off the table, and the glass had broken on the floor. I had to wave a server down to get them to clean up, which they did with a soaking wet dirty mop. According to the manager this was the only mop that they had, which leaves me wandering if this was the same mop used to clean up the kitchen? I had to wash my hands once I got home, as while eating my prawns I was not even brought anything to wipe my hands with, I had to get up and fetch my own serviettes, but this did not help get the grease off of my fingers. I hope that someone from Ocean Basket reads this report, and helps them rectify the situation there, as I used to enjoy dining there, and would like to do so again in the future!
