We went to have lunch at Ocean basket paarl on the 27th Dec at approx 1pm. There was not many customers when we arrived and we placed an order with the waiter. We waited 45min for our food!!!!! There was no music playing and customers could hear the food being made in the kitchen. We noticed that the kitchen was not sending food out! Waiters was standing around and customers were getting upset. When our food came, the portion size was disguisting to say the least. We love ocean basket and have NEVER ever been so disappointed in a branch such as Paarl. Where at the other branches u get value for ur money, Paarl branch doesnt give chips and rice on their platter, thus either or. Pathetic. We were waiting soo long for the food that we started drinking and when the food came, we were soo disguisted in the portion size and already tipsy because they took so long with the food. Plus we already received our food when the waiter brought some other pieces that was supposed to be on the platter. We spend more than R400 for 3 people and it was not worth it! I will not recommend going to Ocean Basket Paarl at all! Waste of money and time!!! |
